New thicker hose for a better grip to connectors.
When installing a Race Glaze Water Filter you need to ensure your hose on the outlet side is brand new, as old hose will have limescale on the inside which will wash off onto your car.
And having a dedicated hose means that the 100ml per metre (of hose) of pure treated water remains in there for next time, rather than being wasted when purged when you use tap water for the actual car wash element.
We now offer superior grade, thicker reinforced 1/2″ (12.5mm) grey braided hose which is available by the metre. Suitable for temperatures -10C to +40C.
If using a smaller 7L filter, you can hold the filter in one hand whilst you walk around the car and so only need 2 metres. Maximum length we offer is 15 metres.
