Description
A modern alternative to engine lacquer, a very clever kind of spray sealant for all bare metal and components. Use Jet Laq to protect & enhance metal surfaces. Leaves a long lasting glossy Vaseline-like protective film which is hydrophobic, so disperses water. Withstands 200 degree heat. Reduces electrical problems caused by moisture, so spray liberally over electrical and metal components when storing or laying up a car.
Suitable for protecting all alloys, iron, aluminium, nickel, steel, anodised surfaces and alloy wheels. jetLaq will keep surfaces cleaned with AluBright bright and shiny, preventing oxidation.
Simply spray onto polished surfaces such as nickel radiator grilles on classic cars, exposed alloy parts such as on motorcycle engines and wheels and in car engine bays, on restored or refurbished castings like gearboxes, engine blocks, trailers and carbs etc. Jet Laq will provide a flexible protective skin over the surface which will prevent oxidation and discolouration, and protect your metalwork.
Here’s what one delighted user told us:
In early October I purchased a few cleaning products from you. I brought these to clean my vintage Rolls Royce with. More specifically for cleaning the nickel radiator which has always been a problem to keep clean. I used the Alu tech metal polish which you had recommended and then applied a coat of Jet Laq – Non paint laquer.
I’m writing today to tell you how impressed I am with the results. I’m amazed with the Jet Laq. I cleaned the radiator shortly after purchasing the goods and now it still looks fantastic. I can dust the radiator and it still comes up to a wonderful shine. Normally I would have to have recleaned it by now.
I have not yet taken the car out in the rain but I’m sure that these products will protect far better in wet (indeed all) driving conditions. Thank you so much for your advise and supplying me with some great cleaning products.

Excellent product
Come across Race glaze from an in Classic American car mag. I am restoring a series 1 Land Rover and wanted something after ultrasonic cleaning the original aluminium carb. had the same issue with motorbike carbs, the cleaner leaves the carbs clean but dull grey. This stuff does the trick, spray over and leave a while , I use an old toothbrush to work it in, then clean off in hot water, well pleased. I use a soft brass suede brush after and Autosol if needed . Indeed put all the brass carb jets in a little pot with the cleaner in for 10 mins , came out great. I used the Jet laq lacquer after once built up also.

Perfect product for protecting your shiny bits!
Received the product a little while ago and have been using since I got it on nearly every bare piece of metal on my motorbike. I brought the product in order to keep a set of vapor blasted fork lowers in the bare metal finish that they came as I like the texture, but after finding out this product has a lot more uses I will be buying several more bottles in the near future as I have a lot of work to do restoring and hate seeing rust and corrosion. Thanks!
